Today, Gov. Mitt Romney addressed the NAACP in what some have said was a bold campaign move. He took advantage of the opportunity to talk about what kind of President he would be by helping people within the middle class of all races, and how his policies will help by avoiding reasons people “fall into poverty in the first place.” Romney also stated that it is “nonsense” that the Republican party only helps the rich by saying, “the rich will do just fine, whether I’m elected or not.”
Romney received applause throughout his speech, except for the “boo” when he mentions his intention to repeal Obamacare.
